Joyful Crafts can help your association achieve its fundraising goals by offering a selection of our products to your association to sell.
Joyful Crafts will provide incentives to your association’s participants to encourage them to sell as many products as they can to maximize fundraising potential.
Joyful Crafts can provide up to 30% of the gross proceeds from the Fundraiser. We will present the funds to your association when we deliver the products.
Implementation
In order to make the Fundraiser run as smoothly as possible, Joyful Crafts proposes to your association the following:
Joyful Crafts
- Joyful Crafts will provide Sales Packets to your association for distribution to the participants. The Packets will contain a catalog, a prize sheet, and order forms. Sample packets are available upon request.
- Joyful Crafts will deliver the orders to your association within four weeks after receipt of orders and monies.
- Joyful Crafts will deliver your association’s check with the orders.
- Joyful Crafts will bag and divide the orders by participant. Prizes will be included with each participant’s order.
- Joyful Crafts will accept additional orders up to one week after the deadline.
Academy
- Your association will set the start and end dates of the Fundraiser.
- Your association will notify Joyful Crafts of the start and end dates of the Fundraiser and the number of participants participating at least two weeks before the start date. This is to allow us time to assemble the Sales Packets.
- Your association may add informational material from your association to the Sales Packets, but we ask that your association not add any additional catalogs or informational material not belonging to Joyful Crafts or your association.
Participants
- All orders must be paid in advance. We accept cash and personal checks. Please make checks payable to Joyful Crafts.
- Participants must choose their prizes on their order forms before turning them in. Prize choices received after the end date of the Fundraiser (when the order forms and money are due) will not be accepted.
Summary
Joyful Crafts’ Fundraiser will benefit your association by providing the products to sell, the tools and incentives with which to sell the products, and a “cut” of the gross sales. All that your association needs to do is sell as much product as possible.
